Viewing Album:  A late afternoon meet on the former PRR Trenton Cutoff.

Album Info:Growing up a few blocks away, this high school senior (at the time) was grateful for the frequent traffic on the former PRR Trenton Cutoff in early 1977. This day in March saw all PC-led trains meeting near Willow Grove. Conrail was not yet one year old when a westbound GP30-led hopper train waited for clearance for an eastbound SD45-led freight, and later for another eastbound line of gondolas led by a pair of E44's. One month later, and just after Conrail's first birthday, my good friend captured a pair of grimy black GG1's and a still-PC GP30 pausing at our favorite spot on the Cutoff.
