Track 2, Westbound Signal is displaying the Aspect APPROACH- Steady Red over Steady Yellow, Indicatio; Proceed prepared to stop at the next signal. Trains exceeding Medium Speed must begin reduction to Medium Speed as soon as the engine passes the Appraoch Signal, Refer to NORAC RULE 285, NORAC= Northeast OPerating Rules Advisory Committee. The signa to teh left of track 2 is for the Port reading Secondary where it connects to the Lehigh Line. Westbound Track 1 signal to right in this picture showing Red/Red. 70-300mm telephoto lens usued on all signal pictures.
