Union Pacific's weekly Provo Switcher rolls westbound between Pleasant Grove and Lindon on UP's Provo Industrial Lead. Once known as Union Pacific's Provo-Salt Lake City Mainline. This line was discontinued in 1985 as a through route when UP moved it's traffic between Provo and Salt Lake City onto the parallel Rio Grande Mainline to the west.

Description:
Union Pacific AC44CW 6153 a fourteen year old former Southern Pacific GE AC4400,At Provo,Utah with the Valmy Coal Train. UP 6153 is former SP 110 built in April of 1995. These would be the last of Southern Pacific's motive power purchases at the time before the Union Pacific Takeover on September 11,1996.
