Description:
Here is an example of a long serving ten wheeler loco for the Frisco Line. Built by Burnham, Wms & Co (Baldwin predecessor) in December of 1907, the loco was active on the roster until retirement and scrapping in April of 1951 at the Springfield Yard in Missouri after 44 years. Specs - serial #32393, class 1400, 69" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 23x26" cylinders, engine weight of 196,000 lb, tractive effort of 33,900 lb. Arthur B. Johnson photo
