NYC Class 865H, 3 bay, all steel, self clearing hopper, built by DSI East Rochester in 1959. NYC numbered 921020 to 921519. All Retired by 1984. Info from Canadasouthern.com NYC Freight Car roster.

Tho I don't kow the classes, from looking at available online sources, it seems 14-panel exterior post, 3-bay hoppers were a common NYC type.
