I think it is pretty sad that they take a locomotive that is not being bothered for nothing and take it to be scrapped. By all means find another road that might wanna take it in. Even if it is just a industrial locomotive.

Okay 1st off why is it being scrapped wasn't it preserved Also if it is being scrapped that's the cleanest scrap job I've ever seen in my life no blow torches at all But still I'm just confused I'm gonna do some more research on the engine back in the comments and like 10 minutes see you

Okay so apparently They restored the unit in it's beautiful Burlington route condition for about 2 weeks and I was on train orders for little bit and I found out that the guy's who restored had another Buyer for the traction motors and other parts of the unit so the unit was scrapped for parts basicly yeah Frick them for doing that this is a piece of history Case closed
