| When I saw this guy, was surprised, but I guess with triple digit speeds, they need to make sure the tracks are in good shape - at least I believe this was official since he was wearing a vest and carrying a radio. If not official railroad employee, that would be pure insanity given that these tracks are busy and have trains moving at triple digit speeds |
