That is, this train consisted of three locomotives, and 99 Heavy Bad Ordered box cars of various types, all going from Storage in New Buffalo, MI to the raceland shops in Kentucky to be either rebuilt or scrapped. The train is seen here cresting the climb out of the Red Cedar river valley at the Farm Lane crossing, just to the south of the MSU campus. |
