Originally built for the Grand Trunk Western, it then served Northwestern Steel & Wire Co before being donated to the Illinois Rwy Museum and then traded and sold a couple more times until it reached its final spot renumbered and lettered as Illinois Central #30 in Independence, Iowa. |
