This photo is not quite as dangerous as it seems at first glance. Normally, I avoid being on the railroad tracks like the plague, especially when a moving train is nearby. But this was actually the pusher end of a freight that was moving away. I had to walk through the grade-crossing to get back to my car anyway, so I decided to get the quick shot. This photo also illustrates why long range photography in Georgia in the middle of summers is a crap-shoot. Time: 13:10 |
