Burlington Northern Railroad Air Car 90 at Clyde, Illinois on an unknown day in August 1983, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. The COTS stcker indicates that the flat car was built in 3-29. I have not found the purpose of this car. It may have been used to keep the air brakes charged on unit coal trains at a rail-to-barge unloading facility in Saint Louis. If anyone knows more, please leave a comment. |
