Portraits 5. Here is a steam locomotive portrait via William L. Colburn that was taken in Dunkirk, Ohio, on 6 August 1941. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #8144, an N-2SA (2-10-2) "Santa Fe" built by the American Locomotive Company as N-2S number "7561" during March of 1919, renumbered "8144" upon delivery, later rebuilt in Juniata as an N-2SA, and retired in March of 1953 after 34 years of faithful service. It was designed by the United States Railroad Administration during the height of World War I. (#38 of 40)
