| Day 4 was show day! Even though the rails were quite busy before the show started at 10, the line to get into the show gets long in a hurry so we wanted to stake a spot before we would be waiting back in the parking lot to get in. The show was really nice as always, however, I was a little disappointed in the lack of diecast cars this year. I picked up a DVD while dad picked up several HO Scale train cars. After the show we went and checked out the display and museum downtown. BNSF appears to be taking a lot of pride in their display this year. BNSF 4562s lease had recently ended and was returned back to GE, but on lease to BNSF. I understand they dont want to have to pull one of their road units OOS but cmon now. |
