| Here is a photo by Fred R. Kern that was taken in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on 10 January 1948. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5436, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during March of 1927 and retired in April of 1948 after 21 years of faithful service.
