Rick Morgan	General	PC 5620 was the second P&E 5620 (15460, 3/52, 5104-1) the former NYC 5686. The first one was damaged/wrecked in 1967 and NYC sent them this one as a replacement. That's why it was the only P&E GP7 with dynamic brakes or a winterization hatch	8/19/2013 4:02:18 PM
