Description:
Louisville & Nashville GP30's 1047 and 1035, along with GP38 4036, had just delivered a transfer run to the Southern/SP interchange at L&N Junction; and were returning to the L&N's Gentilly Yard. The units were heading away from us as they crossed the Peoples Avenue Drainage Canal, and were about to cross the main line of the Southern Railway at N.E. Tower.
